Zimbabwe's capital is Harare.  The population is 12,500,000 people in an area about the size of Montana.  The life expectancy is 47.5 years which is 8.5 years longer than just twelve years ago.  The literacy rate (people over the age of 15 who can speak and write English) is 90 % although most natives speak Shona.

I will be visiting Victoria Falls on the Zimbabwean side.  I understand that it is a better vantage of the Falls despit the fact that the political situation has driven much of the tourism to Zambia..
